Payment shall be made via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T & Credit card via WISE to the designated bank account provided by Asima Medical.

• All payments must be completed in accordance with the invoice due date.
• Bank transfer charges and intermediary bank fees shall be borne by the payer.
• Orders and services may be processed upon confirmation of payment receipt.
• Any delay in payment may affect delivery schedules or service arrangements.
• The company reserves the right to suspend orders or services for overdue payments.
