Return & Exchange Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:


  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days after the product is received.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with complete documentation.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received must be reported immediately with supporting photos or evidence.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the issue is caused by Asima Medical.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval by our team.
