1. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability by Asima Medical.Asima Medical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing or shipment has begun.

2. Pricing All prices are stated in the applicable currency as indicated on the quotation or invoice.Prices may change without prior notice unless confirmed in an official quotation or agreement.Taxes, import duties, customs fees, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Payment must be made via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) according to the agreed payment terms.Orders may only be processed after payment confirmation is received unless credit terms have been approved.Late payments may result in delays, suspension of orders, or additional charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary depending on product availability and shipping conditions.Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.Asima Medical is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs procedures, or events beyond our control.

5. Product Inspection Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt.Any claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns or exchanges are subject to the Asima Medical Return Policy.Refunds will only be processed after product inspection and approval by Asima Medical.

7. Warranty Products supplied by Asima Medical are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.The warranty does not cover misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Limitation of Liability Asima Medical shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the purchased product or service.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Sale shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.

10. Amendments Asima Medical reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice.
